Shane headed out early to the Nordic Center for an early ski.
The kids enjoyed a lazy morning, almost too lazy.
Waiting for grandma to come.
When she did there was much rejoicing.
After she settled and ate lunch we
headed out to the Nordic Center.
Yes Ms. A is wearing shorts, and yes
it was warm enough to do that!
So many puddles.
Almost ready to go!
These two chatted most of the way.
Grandma time is awesome.
Ms. C got pulled in the sled by both Mom and Dad.
What a life!
These two pushed each other and worked together
up the hard spots.
Ms. V was so determined to make it
all the way on her own.
(and in her pj pants.)

The lodge was filled with Calgary Olympic treasures.
We headed back to the resort for supper.

The next morning was just cleaning up
and heading home.
We had an amazing time, but were
super grateful to get home too.
