So one of the things that the kids shared they would be missing
at school was voting on the YRCA book madness brackets.
This is such a fun way to encourage kids to read different books
and expose them to new books.
The Edmonton Public Library puts it on every year.
(Oh yeah, guess what's also closed
yup library is closed too!)
We decided to host our own book madness and I started a
Facebook Event to keep track of all the match-ups.
The kids loved voting every day and keeping track of the
new brackets as they progressed.
We did one side of the poster with picture books,
and the other side with novels.
Round One!
Picture Books.
Here were the round one match-ups for picture books.
Round One Novels!
Stay Tuned for Round2!
