Ms. V gets new glasses.

This girl is really hard on glasses.

Her track record led me to choose to take her
to see an actual optometrist.

Her new purple sparkly glasses were ready in two weeks.
Here's hoping they don't break too soon!!

And we were able to pick them up on our date day.
She got herself a new puzzle and Cookies of her choice!

They were Chocolate candy cane!

June and July Road Trip Part 2

Grandma Websters House was full of fun!

We went on a walk to the park and then ended
at the school where grandpa works.

The air conditioning was great!

The girls even sang for Grandma!
(thanks Auntie Shannon for Playing the Piano!)

Grandma got some precious alone time with
Ms. C while she was happy too!

Thanks Auntie Deanna for letting us
crash at your place!

The next day was full of fun!

The girls went shopping with Grandma Webster
and the Aunties.

We played a lot in the back yard!
While they were gone.

It was a fun game Mr. T made up.
"Baseball Tag"

This girl went on a ride with
Daddy to visit a friend.
Must have been fun.

After they got back we had some lunch and then we
headed out to Police Outpost Provincial Park

The trail leads out onto the
bridge out to an island.

We stopped to look at ducks, listen to the loons,
and even watch the schools of minnows
swim through the reeds.

On the island we walk the shoreline.

Ms. A was providing only slightly
annoying mood music.

On the far edge we stop to put our feet
in the water and throw rocks.

We found some shade and ate treats while
the older kids enjoyed the sunshine!

Ms. A wanted to skip rocks.
Shane tried hard to help.

Soon they were all wet and it was time to
head back to the family doings!

We were headed out to have some cousin fun!

There was water balloons.

Giant Swings and a Trampoline.

There was lots of cousin fun
and hot dogs all around!

It was a super big day.

Thanks again Auntie for letting us
take over your house!

Stay tuned for even more fun!

ms. V turns 2

Ok SO how in the world did this HAPPEN?

This girl is so silly and happy and so 2!

She knows her own mind and her only enemy is sleep!

For her birthday the kids were a little shocked
there were actually no presents.

We had just purged a bunch of toys and our house is still
Overflowing with toys.

Therefore Ms. V got Cupcakes, milkshakes, and icecream.

That was plenty!

She Loved Every Minute!

We're super lucky to have this girl around!

She has a crazy, exciting, wild, attitude!
She can Tease Like Ms. E,
Wrestle Like Mr. T,
and the next minute decide to quietly color,
Like Ms. A

Oh and those books are her favorite!
The Gruffalo, and the Gruffalo's Child.
By Julia Donaldson

Happy Birthday Ms. V!
