Grandma Visit

 Grandma Cathy Came for the day to play at Tanner Camp with us.

But first a fire!

We were happy grandma thought it was such a fun place.

  

 

There was plenty of time for heart to hearts.

 

Aaaand the wind was high enough to 

blow over our shade as well.

After the beach we went to check out the new human fuse ball court. 

 

Much later we took grandma on a walk to stretch out 

and visited a favorite park.

We're sure glad Grandma Loves to be outside with us!

Mothers Day Camping

 We love camping, especially in spring.

We had a chance to visit our favorite private campsite for mothers day.

 

 

Um it rained 85% of the time.

 

 

 

Thank goodness for dads who bring tons of tarps!

 

 

Does it look like anyone really cared though?

Fires helped us stay cozy,

 

 

And Everyone Tried Tomahawk Throwing!

 

 

There was also lots of tent time,

= Reading and playing cards.

 

And that also means Ms. A tries to stick all the sleeping bags inside each other.

and finds out its actually super uncomfortable.

 

 

That is when she wasn't messing with her new camera.

 

Then there was Ziplineing!!!

WOOOOOT!!

We Finally had some sun one afternoon!!

There were still plenty of snuggles and lots of reading going on!

    

 

Sunshine means more Ziplineing!

 

Ms. C was a great cheer leader,

Even if she was too small to ride!

 

Sunshine also means a visit to the waterfront!

 

Mud Mud Mud!!!

Then there was more story time around the fire!

 

 

Some of the kids never seemed fazed by the cold.

Some had better mornings than others.

 

Back to the Beach

 

Even in a wet suit Shane was pretty freezing.

 

I'm still pretty cold!!

Toasting Bagels over the fire.

We are all Pretty Excited to be getting home and getting DRY!!
