Training Wheels Be Gone!!!

Ms. V Kicked her Training Wheels to the curb in April

and by the end she was doing AMAZING!!!!

Thanks to awesome big sisters who ran with her!

(With no shoes!! Yes I know!!)

We are so proud of her!!

BOOK MADNESS WINNERS!!!!!

This has been so much fun and my kids totally loved it!

We were glad I had duitifully got on Facebook every day

and posted the match-ups for friends to vote on!

It was a highlight in our weird self-isolation.

Here are our Winners!!

I think we will be doing this again.

Bonfire!

First bonfire of spring!!

These kids love marshmallows and chocolate!

It was super smokey, hence the glasses and goggles.

But that didn't stop them from

roasting marshmallows!

Glasses again!

After a super search of the house and a very cranky day,

we decided that ms. v's glasses were definitely gone.

She can get really irritable without them, aka she has a headache

all day but cant really tell us that because she's only 5 after all!!

SO we were really glad when her new glasses finally came.

As you can see she was beyond happy too!

New Hobbies!

Since we have now found that the kids are likely

to be staying home for the duration of the

school year, we decided to give the big girls

something new to focus on and learn.

Aaaand we're still stuck inside so this is a

great time to learn a new skill!

We had been talking about doing this

in the summer anyway.

That's right the girls are gonna learn to sew!

Shane's amazing boss also gave us a desk and rolling chair

to help give the kids more room to work.

A lot of school work was being done in my room on my bed.

I wanted it back, I'm selfish like that.

So a new normal is starting to form.

We'll see what happens next!
