March Camping in a Teepee!

This was a frigid experiment!

Our kids loved it and it was great.
I was Freeeeeezing and not sure
we would make it home,
but we lived and we ended up enjoying
so much of this camping trip!

We came in the dark so the next morning we
finally saw the outside of the Teepee!

We quickly got all the kids bedded down
in all their layers.

Mom tried to read some of The Wizard of Oz out loud.

It was a little tricky when Ms. C
was sharing her bed!

Dad Tried to start a fire but
it was a little smokey.

All the kids lay together to stay warmer.

It sorta worked!

The next morning was much better!
Dad's fire skills were much improved!

Sad face the cookies are all gone!!!

Sooooo Fun!

 Look at those resilient kids!!

Stuffing their faces with Marshmallows!

 A huge bed party!

This cold mommy helping
ms. C eat some breakfast!
Which was AWESOME thanks Dad!

After warming up a bit we headed out to explore.

They loved the snowy wood piles, and immediately
raced across them like an obstacle course.

Can you see my kiddo's?

This girl bopped around in the snow too!

The kids had a fun time exploring,
I was feeling much better with
the sunshine around!

This little girl said it was the best birthday EVER!!
We layed on a pile of blankets for a while and
make up Naked Baby Princess stories.

Our super silly kids ate veggies all the way home!

What a fun trip in the end.
