Things are going better in Alberta Shane has found
some work and is muddling through.
We are making plans for me to fly out and
find some housing but in the mean time
. . . . Its my birthday!
I don't plan much because well . . .
I'm a mom and kids birthdays are way more fun
than any adult ones I have been to!!
Friends invite us to play at the park that day and
we end up planning an impromptu party
as it is also an awesome friends birthday this weekend.
I text Miss Jodi knowing playdate days are
winding down before the move.
Insert watermelon and ice cream cake and you have a
magical birthday party on the fly!!
This was by far the funnest party I have had as an adult!
I love Ontario in the spring.
It was like 24 degrees and NOT windy!!
