My Birthday aka Big Hill Springs Trip #2

For my birthday I convinced the kids 

that they needed to give Shane a tour of 

Big Hill Springs.  

This time we went without the chariot and 

found it much easier to navigate! 

The kids loved showing Shane all the landmarks 

they had already discovered and 

exploring new things with him as well.

Turns out the day wasn't much warmer than 

the day we came in April but the kids were 

super excited to show their dad their skills.

This was Ms. A's face when I confessed 

how old I was turning. 

Soccer!!

Ms. A and Ms. E Started Soccer this month.

Haha As Rookie Soccer Parents I'm just not sure 

we knew what we were getting into!!

But we had a TON of fun and it was 

great to get out at least once a day!!

They were on different teams and played 

on different days so we ended up with 

soccer every Monday through Thursday 

for EIGHT weeks.

The girls adored it and made great friends.

RED POTATOES!

Ms. E loved being the only girl on her team 

more than actually playing soccer.

 ORANGE FIRE!

Ms. A loved learning new skills 

and the friends she made.

Mothers Day

This year for Mothers Day 

my Mom Decided she wanted ALL 

of her daughters to come with her to 

Time Out for Women. 

So we bundled in the van and Headed South.

Two days full of inspirational speakers, 

spending time with my sisters and a TON of other 

wonderful women that I bumped into there. 

Including an Extremely Pregnant best friend!

Shane took care of the kids (mostly) 

and it was kinda nice to not be distracted 

and just concentrate on my blessings.
